Tim je nastao okupljanjem studenata koji su motivisani da pored svojih obaveza na fakultetu učestvuju i u vannastavnim aktivnostima i time stečeno teorijsko znanje pretvore u praktično. Tim čine studenti sa tri fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu, među kojima su Mašinski, Tehnološko-metalurški i Elektrotehnički. Glavni cilj projekta je usavršavanje i osposobljavanje studenata za rad u avio-industriji i drugim granama tehnike nakon završenih akademskih studija. Trenutno su u realizaciji tri projekta; Raven TL 18, Raven 19 i Aurora. Beoavia is a project of the Students’ Technical Competitions. The team was created by students who are, beside all of their obligations at their faculties, motivated to take part in extracurricular activities and transform their attained theoretical knowledge into something practical. The team consists of students from three faculties from the University of Belgrade, such as the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. The main aim of the project is to train students to work in the aviation industry and other branches of technology after completing their studies. Currently, we’re working on the realisation of three projects; the Raven TL 18, Raven 19 and the Aurora.
