Ltd. was established in the year 2000 in Serbia as a limited liability company, 100% privatelz owned, with accelerated development starting from April of 2004. The main activities of Inpharm Co. are complete support to partner companies, starting from services of representation, importation, consignation and wholesale distribution of medication, OTC products, medical devices and nutritional supplements to wholesalers and end-users in Serbia, exportation to countries in the region, including regulatora activities such as registration and pharmacovigilance, CRO services for clinical trials, as well as promotion and advertisement services. Inpharm started with supplements production under the brand Inpharm Diet, and with the objective to offer capacities of local secondary packaging in regional distribution for our partners, the whole second floor of the central building has been rearranged. Territories in which we operate are: Serbia, Montenegro, Serbian Republic, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, where we register medications and medical devices, developed the distribution and advertising network for our products. Affiliates Affiliates –Inpharm Co, Ltd. Banja Luka, Republic Srpska and Inpharm Co., Podgorica, Montenegro were established in the mid - 2009. These two new business units in countries in the region have enabled us to register medications and other medical products for our partners as permission holders for these territories and to perform even better in those markets by providing a higher level of presence and better business results through promotional activities and well organized distribution.
