Company "Erker-Inženjering"​ Ltd. operates with a mission to provide investments and construction of high quality residential and office space. So far, we have built over 100,000 m² of residential and office space. Due to our awareness of the importance of preserving the environment, and climate change, consequences of which are felt more and more within urban areas, green construction has become our main focus. Our first green roof was completed in 2015, making us the pioneers of such construction in Serbia. We actively work on promoting recycling and preservation of the environment. Our past efforts include actions to preserve the Novi Sad city beach on the Danube, as well as setting up waste sorting points in Novi Sad parks. Our facilities include eco-points for waste selection and disposal, which provide tenants with an income, and balconies complemented with herbs and other medicinal plants. We have also taken the first steps towards education and the use of solar energy. In April 2016, tenants moved into our first residential and office facility with green roof terraces in the Novi Sad area, and this practice is proudly continued. We are currently constructing a facility with a joint roof garden, 120m² in area. Through the project "Eco-living culture"​, which includes constructing an eco-point for selection of recyclable waste, and cooperating with companies that remove the selected waste, we are enabling tenants to recycle used oil, paper, and plastic. In order to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs, we are installing separate sets of water meters for individual water consumption calculation, thus making our facilities ready for the upcoming changes in the method of calculation. This facility is also to include a green facade – a fence of balconies designed as plant boxes with an implemented irrigation system and planted herbs.
