HAUSING CENTAR je neprofitna, nevladina organizacija čiji je cilj unapređivanje uslova stanovanja socijalno ugroženih grupa i pružanje podrške njihovoj socijalnoj integraciji i autonomiji. Housing Center je nastao 2004. godine na desetogodisnjem iskustvu kancelarije SDC Housing Office Beograd (Švajcarske direkcije za razvoj i saradnju), kada je osnovan od strane 18 osnivača i osnivačica – kolega i saradnika okupljenih oko realizacije građevinskih projekata realizovanih od strane SDC-a u Srbiji. Housing Centar je registrovan kao udruženje građana. Godine 2009. godine registracija udruženja je uskladjena sa novim Zakonom o udruženjima Republike Srbije. HOUSING CENTER is a non-profit, non-governmental organization the objective of which is to improve the living conditions of socially vulnerable groups and support to their social integration and independence. Housing Center was established in 2004 relying on ten-year experience of SDC Housing Office Belgrade (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation), when it was founded by 18 founders – colleagues and associates gathered around the implementation of the construction projects funded by SDC in Serbia. In 2009 Housing Center was registered as a citizens’ association in compliance with the Law on Associations.
