INNDEGO d.o.o. is a young and dynamic consultancy focusing on innovation and development in government. It grew out of a UK based think-tank SEER NEXUS LTD in 2011, due to high demand and with the aim to focus on direct consultancy services to the public sector in transition and developing countries. As a result, the company is based on the ground in the midst of reform activity within the southeast European region, where most of our current work takes place, helping countries with EU accession aspiration to achieve strategic change. Our aim is to deploy niche specialist know-how in strategic change and development to central government offices, based on innovative approaches and knowledge based models. Our modus operandi is on timely and measurable assistance delivered and implemented where possible by local expertise and capacity, guided by experienced world experts through partnership and appropriate stakeholder communication, which we believe ensures value for money and most importantly sustainability, two key factors for successful strategic level reform.
